NLTS-National level Talent Search Examination 2022

Identify, Recognize, Patronize Young Talents.


IQ Test to identify talent getting organized all over the country on same day.

It’s been more than 16 years, that NLTS is getting organized and students are
rewarded for their talent. Earlier the exam used to be conducted at schools all over
India through. From 2020, the exam is being conducted online.

When: Sunday, August 07, 2022

Time: 10:25 - 11.15 am

Language: Hindi & English

Where: Online all across India

For Whom: Students of 9 to 12 standards

Registration Charges: Rs. 5/- per student

Last Date for Registration: July 15, 2022

Total Marks : 80 , No negative marking

Syllabus: General Knowledge of 9 to12 standard.

How to Register?

 LO’s of JCI India can make the payment on the following link to register
students for the exam. The registration fees is non-refundable. Last date to
register 15.07.2022

 The list of students to be sent as per the prescribed format to:

List of students to be mailed before 20th July 2022.

Important points to note

 It is mandatory to make the payment in the above link and followed by


sending the details of students as per format.
 No other mode of payment will be accepted.
 Exam link will be sent to the Zone NLTS Coordinators (only), three days
before exam date on 4th August 2022.
 The examination link will be activated at 10:25:00 am (IST) on August
07, 2022. Zone NLTS Coordinator has to ensure that the link reaches to
the students in advance
 Kindly ensure that, the list of students and number of registered students are
equal.
 In case students’ list received but not registered ( i.e. fees not paid) , than the
list will be treated as invalid.
 Zone Coordinators needs to orient the students about their Zone number and
LO name, as they need to write that in the exam.

NLTS Rewards
Zone level outstanding students will receive the following:

• Winner -Rs. 5000/- with Trophy and Certificate


• 1st Runner - Rs. 3000/- and Certificate
• 2nd Runner - Rs. 2000/- and Certificate
National level outstanding students will receive the following:

• Winner- Rs. 15,000/- + Trophy + Certificate


• 1st Runner Up- Rs. 10,000/- + Trophy + Certificate
• 2nd Runner Up- Rs. 5,000/- + Trophy + Certificate

How the exam will be conducted &


How the students will attempt the exam:

1. Students registered through the Zones / LO’s of JCI India ONLY will be eligible
to attend the examination. Students, whose details are provided in the list only,
are eligible to attempt the exam.
2. Students have to write their Name, School name, Class, Zone, Local
Organization name, Parents name in the exam link, to verify with registered list
of students.
3. Student can use the link on mobile/tab/laptop/computer to access the
examination. Questions will be in English and Hindi.
4. Students should NOT share the link to any unregistered students.
5. The examination link will be activated at 10:25:00 am (IST) on August 07, 2022.
6. Students must ensure that they start their examination at the given time. No
exemption will be given for late start of the examination due to any technical
difficulty including slow / no internet connectivity at the students’ end.
7. Students must ensure that the computer device / smart phone / tablet used for
attending the online examination is ready in all aspects and has got
uninterrupted internet connection and battery charging.
8. There will be 80 (eighty) multiple choice questions with four (4) options as
answers. Students will have to select the most appropriate answer from among
the four options given.
9. Each correct answer will fetch one mark each. There will be no negative marks
for wrong answers.
10. A total of 45 minutes will be given to each student to answer the questions.
Answers submitted after 11:15:00 am (IST) on August 07, 2022 will not be
eligible for the competition.
11. During the examination, the participant should not refresh the page or click the
back button on the browser. This will erase all the answers submitted till that
time and the participant will have to restart the examination.
12. At the end of the examination, the participant will have to click on the submit
button and ensure that the answers are successfully submitted
13. If more than one attempt is taken by the same student, the first attempt (as per
time stamp) only will be considered for the competition.
14. Students will have to ensure that they submit their answers before the cut-off
time. There will be NO auto-submit option on expiry of the time limit. Answers
submitted after the cut-off time will not be considered for evaluation.
15. Answers will be evaluated once the exam is over and results will be declared by
JCI India after min 20 days of the exam. Results will be shared with Zone
President and NLTS Zone Coordinators.
16. Decision of JCI India regarding conduct of the online NLTS will be binding on all
the students.
