Year 2020 has been exceptional – a year unlike any other. Teaching-learning programme had to be completely re-designed while
teachers and students both, in a matter of days and weeks, scrambled to adapt to remote learning. We all learnt a lot about
technology and became resilient and innovative but at the same time realized that besides technology students need connection and
strong relationship with their teachers, their peers and their school above everything else. Now, with the onset of spring and with the
rise in vaccination we can definitely hope for the prevailing situation to improve.

Kindly note the schedule for downloading the Digital Annual Report Card, Enrolment and Book Distribution for the session 2021-
2022 as mentioned below :

You are requested to clear all outstanding fees for the session 2020-2021. Please ignore if already paid.

Also please find attached ID Form for Identify Cards for the session 2021-2022 which is to be downloaded, duly filled in, signed and
submitted on the enrolment day along with a passport size photograph of the student in regular school uniform.

Kindly mention the name of the student, class and section at the back of the photograph and clip it to the form using gem clips only.
You must also submit your ward’s 2020-2021 ID Card on the enrolment day.

Note :
1. Attendance on the first day of the online class is compulsory.
2. Regular online classes will be held till further notice. Schedule will be notified through the School App.
3. If there is any change in your address/phone number/mail ID, you must inform the school immediately through email.
ENROLMENT
Enrolment will take place as per the following schedule at the school premises and must be completed within the stipulated dates.
At the time of enrolment the Annual Term Report Card of the previous class to be download (soft copy printout)
along with the Fee Book of 2020-2021 to be shown at the school counter.

A total amount of 14,790/- (Sc), 12,390/- (Comm.) and 13,190/- (Hum) in cash (for Enrolment and fees of
April & May 2021) to be paid at the school counter. Fees and other charges for the remaining months will have to
be paid through the School App. Refer to the Fee Book for details.
