Please be informed that Bayawan City Science and Technology Education Center – High
School will be holding its annual School-Wide Supreme Student Government (SSG) Election
for the School Year 2021 – 2022 this coming October 15, 2021; 1:00 – 4:00 PM thru a digital
platform. This year’s election will be aligned to the DepEd’s issuance, OUA Memo 00-0821-
0140: “Interim Guidelines on Student Government Elections for School Year 2021-2022 under
the New Normal”.

The qualified candidates and voters of this year’s SSG Election are the Classroom President
or other interested class officers since we only had limited number of sections in each grade
level.

With this, we are sending you the Election Application Packet (EAP) which includes all the
necessary filing documents for you to be complied as an aspiring candidate of any SSG
Position (President and Vice-President positions are for Grade 10 to Grade 12 aspirants only).

You may follow the following steps:

1. Fill-out the EAP:
-Certificate of Candidacy
-Certificate of Good Academic Standing (to be signed by the Class Adviser)
-Certificate of Good Moral Character (to be signed by the School Guidance Counselor)
-Parental Consent
-Plan of Action
2. Send these files using your one (1) official email address to the COMELEC email
address: romillelijah.marquez@deped.gov.ph

The Commission on Election (COMELEC) will just inform you for the confirmation of your
application and may add you to the BCSTEC – HS SSG Election official group chat.
