High School TVL Track as stipulated in the Division Memorandum No. 193, s. 2019.

I am Mr. RAFAEL VINCENT E. TORING, a Senior High School Teacher of EDUARDO T.

OPORTO MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, currently teaching EIM, Core and
Applied subjects from Junior and Senior High School levels. I am recently appointed as the
ACTVIVITY Coordinator, SPORTS Coordinator, and CULTURAL Coordinator of the said
school for two (2) years up to the present. I graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in
Electrical Engineering at the University of Cebu-Main Campus and obtain twenty-four (24)
units of my Certificate of Professional Education at Felipe R. Verallo Memorial Foundation,
Inc. I have also acquired a National Certificate Level 2 (NC 2) in Electrical Installation and
Maintenance last 2017 and finished my Trainers Methodology Certificate I (TMC I) in EIM
on the same year.

Attached herewith are my pertinent papers for your perusal. I am very willing to attend an
interview anytime at your convenience.
