1. In line with the Unnumbered Division Memorandum on “SCHOOL PREPAREDNESS ON

TROPICAL DEPRESSION ODETTE” everyone is directed to take preparedness measures as
stipulated in the attached Division Memorandum which is in accordance with D.O 33 s. 2021.
2. Teacher advisers, School Records In-charge and School Property Custodians should see to it
that all important documents as well as the school’s facilities and equipment will be stored in
safe places.
3. School DRRM coordinators are advised to spearhead in the said preparation and conduct a
meeting with the School DRRM team to take plan of action pertaining to the School
Preparedness on TD Odette. (Refer to D.O. 33 s. 2021 and to the attached unnumbered
Division Memorandum for the complete guidelines).
4. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
