Sub: Fee for Comprehensive Co-curricular and Extra-Curricular program for the Academic Year 2024-2025

As you are already aware, in addition to the regular CBSE curriculum in our school, we have structured the
voluntary education on Co-Scholastic areas consisting of One Book All Read Programme, Art, Drama,
Music, Garbology, Weaving, Upcycling, Movement Education, Kalaripayattu, Activities in the School Farm, School
Clubs, Integrated Science lab, Language lab, Portal Access and Wifi as applicable.

Our school is very unique where we not only focus on academics with intensity, but also focus on the above
mentioned subjects with equal intensity, quality and purpose. We are fully committed in ensuring that our
students move out of the portals of Arsha Vidya Mandir as well-rounded personalities, and have the ability to
adopt and adapt to ever changing economic and social environments. This is in line with the aim of the school
which is as below:

In view of the above, we have chosen to identify the best teachers and mentors who are well versed in their fields
of knowledge and restricted student-teacher ratio.

Fee details for the full year fee and the first term:

The Full year Fee for Comprehensive Co-curricular and Extra-Curricular program (2024-2025) is Rs. 56,015/-

First Instalment fee towards first term Comprehensive Co-curricular and Extra-Curricular program (2024-2025) is
Rs. 28,008/-

Please be informed that you can either choose to pay full year fee or in two instalments. (First Instalment for the
first term fee in the month of April 2024 and the Second instalment for second Term fee in the month of September
2024).

We request you to kindly make the payment through the online payment gateway on or before 07th May 2024.
Kindly note that no cheque payment or any other mode of payment will be accepted. You are requested to use the
link provided in our School portal for making the online fee payment.

Late payment of Fees

 We request you to make the payment on or before the due date to avoid any late fee. Please note a late fee of
Rs.100/- per day is applicable after the due date, which is from 08th May 2024.
