“Greetings from the Oxford family”

OXT/Cir45/2021-‘22 16.04.2022

Dear parent,

As we complete yet another academic year with lots of achievements, we thank the Almighty
for His blessings and we express our immense gratitude to all parents for their whole hearted support
and involvement in all the activities of the school during this academic year.

We are gearing up for the next academic year with all preparations to give the best to our
students and also to bridge the gaps occurred during the pandemic. Your attention is invited to the
following arrangements we have made for the next academic year.

➢ Since many students especially in the lower classes did not practise reading and writing
properly during the online classes, special training will be given to them during the first 2
weeks in June to bridge the gaps. Additionally, special coaching for grade 2 to 5 will be
arranged in the month of May for those students who are very weak in reading and writing in
English, Malayalam and Hindi and for basics in Mathematics. Parents are requested to contact
their last year class teachers to register their names for extra class in May. Parents are also
requested to give them practice at home during these holidays to make up for the loss due to
the pandemic.

➢ Books and Uniforms for the next academic year are ready for purchase at the School Tuck
shop from 20th April to 26th April 2022. Please note that since our school is a CBSE exam
centre, Tuck shop will be open only in the afternoons from 27th April onwards. Before
collection of books parents are requested to pay the first installment of tuition fee for the
academic year 2022-23

➢ Keeping in view of the inflation and increased expenditure of overheads, tuition fee for the
next academic year is increased by 5-7%.

➢ Those who have not paid current academic year tuition arrears are requested to clear the
dues as soon as possible.

Regards

Principal
