Katrina Tracz is the most amazing Michigan State Intern I have ever had; her dedication to the
Pleasant Lake Staff and students is inspiring. She puts the students first and continually expands
her abilities to serve the Pleasant Lake Community better. Ms. Tracz is willing to go the extra mile
and still volunteer her time. Ms. Tracz regularly puts the school community first and actively helps in
any manner she can. Ms. Tracz is driven towards making Walled Lake Schools the best in Michigan,
and she puts her energy and strength into making that happen. Any school district would be lucky to
have Ms. Tracz as part of their staff!

Katrina Tracz’s passion for teaching and helping the students and staff in the Walled Lake Schools
is phenomenal. She enjoys seeing the difference she makes in the lives of the students, faculty,
classrooms, and throughout the whole community. Every day she greets each student and teacher
with a smile and a “hello.” She knows students, parents, and teachers by name and helps in any way
she can.

Ms. Tracz faces challenges with courage and keeps our school and classroom running smoothly.
Katrina Tracz exceeds the expectations of any staff member. Her service to the students and
staff in the Walled Lake Schools has far exceeded the requirements of her job and my
expectations. She is one of the most diligent, hardworking, and kindest people I have ever met!

She comes in early, stays late, organizes student materials, works with all students but does
amazingly well with English language learners and students who have an individual education plan and
their families. Her jubilant personality is catching, and her interactions with others are like beautiful
artwork. I am amazed at how she can seamlessly connect with students and parents, always
motivating and helping families. Ms. Tracz’s teaching would be an excellent addition to any staff or
school. She is the hardest worker I have ever met!

I have been a teacher for twenty years and have had five different interns. I admire Katrina
Tracz’s knowledge, hardworking attitude, skills, and kindness. These traits make her a stand-out
star in education. Her hardworking attitude and personal relationship with each student have
inspired me to be a better teacher. She has a passion for helping every student and teacher while
addressing individual and building needs.
