institution of higher learning. I was her 10th grade, American Literature and continued
mentor since 2017. In that short time, she has clearly demonstrated the character that
Mrs. Janelle Bross would be necessary to achieve any and all of her personal and academic goals.

jbross@lsps.org responded quite well to authority, and completed her tasks sooner rather than later,
which enabled her willingness to work on other tasks as necessary. I should also note
that during Mackenzie’s tenure at Lake Shore she has been highly interactive with her
Mr. Todd Stevens peers as well as the adults in the building in an effort to improve all aspects of her
Assistant Principal character and focused her studies on a college preparatory track. Her teachers, my

colleagues, had nothing but praise to offer when I inquired about her abilities and
potential.

Mr. Richard Popp This year will be much of the same. If Mackenzie has ever failed to achieve something
Dean of Students she has put his mind to, I am not aware of it! It is evident when one leafs through her

Ms. Greenshields’ overall academic record is one of success and clearly demonstrates
