Chris asked me to observe him teach a lesson; which gave me the opportunity

watching an experienced, veteran teacher. Chris was calm, thorough, focused
and deliberate in his instruction. Chris used multiple instructional strategies to Mr. Dan Marceau
engage and formatively assess all students. He also used proximity, humor, and Associate Principal
