Content Standard: Pre-lesson: Pupils sit in circle to introduce themselves. They
introduce themselves and the pupil on their left. Main: 1.3 Use appropriate listening strategies in a variety of contexts Lesson delivery:
1. Pupils watch the Incredibles video and answer a few questions
asked by the teacher. Complementary: 2.1 Communicate simple information intelligibly 2. Pupils look through the lyrics of Smart Friends and sing the song guided by the teacher. Learning Standard: 3. Pupils will get a flashcard and raise it as they sing the song. Main: 1.3.1 Guess the meaning of unfamiliar words by using visual clues when a teacher or classmate is speaking Post-lesson: Pupils will each get a description flashcard and play inner and outer circle (6 students in the inner circle and 6 on the outer). Inner and Outer circle will be facing each other while showing their flashcards.
