I am writing to recommend Bianca Mattia for employment as an elementary teacher in
grades K-5. I had the pleasure of working closely with Bianca during her assignment as
my pre-student teacher.
Bianca was extremely devoted to the students she worked with. She arrived at school
every day, bright and early and eager to teach. She truly cares about making each
student a successful learner in an atmosphere of kindness and consideration of their
individual needs. Bianca did a fantastic job with planning for lessons and implementing
her lesson plans. She didnt hesitate to seek the experience and advice of veteran
teachers and administrators when necessary. She is also outstanding in her use of
classroom management techniques and because she was extremely fair and consistent
with the children, they hold her in very high regard.
I recommend Bianca Mattia without hesitation for any elementary position for which she
applies. There is no doubt in my mind she will be an enormous asset to whatever school
she has the opportunity in which to work. She will strengthen any staff that she joins.
