To Whom It May Concern:

I am pleased to recommend Brynn Brazukas for admission into your institution. As Brynn’s tenth grade honors English
teacher, her SCA advisor for the past three years and also as her eleventh and twelfth grade Virginia Teachers for
Tomorrow I and II instructor, I have had the extraordinary pleasure of watching Brynn develop into an amazing teacher,
leader, and young lady. I have observed Brynn’s extraordinary intellectual and behavioral attributes in and out of the
classroom. As Brynn’s teacher and advisor in one capacity or another, I have watched this talented teenager mature and
progress in various domains. I am proud to say that whether Brynn is teaching a group of young children or whether she is
sitting in my classroom, she has without a doubt always remained highly motivated, super positive, and extremely
dedicated.

Brynn is a one of a kind individual. Brynn applies herself and dedicates herself to every assignment or project. She
consistently answers with a “sure” to whatever you ask of her and sure enough, she always follows through. Recently,
Brynn helped to create an innovative program where elementary students come to Cox to participate in a STEM Olympics
Challenge in our Educators Learning Lab: a classroom designed for little ones in our own high school. Brynn has helped
develop the STEM Olympics Program and her creative ideas paved the path for a successful program that is now sought
after.

As a vital member of her Virginia Teachers for Tomorrow class (junior and senior year) and as an SCA Executive Board
member, Brynn demonstrates her outstanding leadership qualities daily. She shows initiative and enthusiasm in whatever
goal she sets for herself and for the students in her intern class. She has participated in countless projects with local
schools and within our community: Boo Bash Halloween Festival planner for local elementary students, leader for
freshman orientation (year after year), CHKD Love Run volunteer and planner, and the list goes on and on. Brynn is
always the one to volunteer. She has an unsurpassed dedication and a genuine compassion for the tasks and people to
which she is devoted. Her positive outlook on life and situations is contagious to those around her.

I have not only enjoyed mentoring Brynn over the past three years, but I have also enjoyed learning from her. I highly
recommend Brynn Brazukas and have no reservations in doing so.

Sincerely,
Jennifer Nardelli
