Sale of School Book Sets & Uniforms for 2023-2024


As we plan for the new academic session 2023-24, we would like you to note the following important
information. Online sales are available to parents starting from 25th February, 2023.
The school continues to be committed to provide multiple options for parents to purchase their school
supplies.
Looking at the convenience, comfort & safety of the children and parents, the online website,
www.shopforschool.in will continue to list & sell the school book sets from Grade I to Grade XII & uniforms.
Please note that along with the online platform, reputed vendors in the city have also been selected to stock
the school books & uniforms. (Will be shared shortly)
All the school suppliers have listed their items on www.shopforschool.in.

We are extremely proud to announce that for the Academic Year 2023-24, E-Book sets for Grade 3 – Grade 8
will now be available free of cost for all parents who complete their book set purchase on
www.shopforschool.in.
Additionally, for the Academic Year 2023-24 parents will receive a 5% discount on MRP for all uniforms listed
on www.shopforschool.in and also have the option to purchase Uniform Combination Sets and receive a 10%
discount on MRP on their unfirm set purchase.

1. Books Sale:
a. E-Book sets for ICSE Grades 3 to 8 will be made available free of cost for all students with the purchase of
a book set from www.shopforschool.in
b. The free link for the E-Book set will be made available on the registered email used for purchasing a book
set.
c. Queries related to the E-Book subscription can be directed to wecare@shopforschool.in
d. The sale of book sets for Std. I to VIII & IX, Std. X, & Std. XI & Std. XII will take place on SFS as well as at the
local vendors. (Will be shared shortly)
e. School Diary for the year 2023-2024 will be made available to the students in school against the payment.

2. Uniforms Sale:
a. A clear representation of all uniform designs for Girls & Boys is displayed on the reception notice board and
standees at LPHS gate no. 1.
b. Sales of student uniforms will be done through SFS & local vendors. (Will be shared shortly)
c. All uniform items will carry a 5% discount on MRP on SFS & through local authorized vendors for AY 2023-
24.
d. Commencement of SFS online sales & vendor sales will be from 25th February, 2023.
e. For the convenience of parents, one option of a combo uniform set is also given with an option to change
the sizes and parents can avail additional 5% discount (for a total of 10% discount) on online purchases of
the same.
f. Trial Pieces of all items & all sizes are available at school.
g. Students can come along with parents to try out the size of the required items before placing their online
orders.
h. The uniform return process will be as per the SFS return process mentioned below.
i. Any further information on the return process can be directed to wecare@shopforschool.in.
j. SFS site will only allow a single book set per order. If a parent would like to purchase multiple book sets (for
siblings, friends, etc.) they will be required to place multiple orders.
k. For 2023-24, the books set ordered from SFS will be delivered in two separate Couriers due to weight
restrictions, Part A will contain Text Books, Work Books and Drawing Books and Part B will contain the rest
of the items, Both (Part A & Part B) will be given separate order IDs & Separate Tracking numbers for
convenient tracking.
l. On the SFS site, the dispatch of book sets and uniform items will be done separately even if parents place
a single, combined order. The parent will receive separate couriers for book sets and uniform items with
separate tracking numbers.
m. The “Deliver to School” option will continue to be available to parents. If the parent selects the “Deliver to
School” option, the order will be shipped to the respective school address which will be Ramee Emerald
Building, Nr Shamrao Vithal Bank, Santacruz (West) Mumbai - 400054. On receipt of the order the school
will contact the parent and request for pick-up. The school will not be responsible to deliver the order to
the parent’s residence. There will be no shipping costs charged to the parent if they select this option.
n. All undelivered orders (due to an incorrect address, no response, etc.) will be delivered by the courier
company to the respective school address. The school must then follow the steps as specified for the
“Deliver to School” orders.

p. Courier companies are given each parcel with a DOOR DELIVERY flag hence please report any deviations
you come across of such kind to piush@shopforschool.in

3. SFS Return Process


(A) For books:
a. The return of notebook & stationery sets will be done offline at the respective schools.
b. The school will set a date for the return of notebooks & stationery only and inform the parent accordingly.
c. Parents can return notebooks & stationery as per their choice and requirement at the school and we will
refund them the cash value immediately.
d. parent to carry their emailed invoice/order confirmation copy. No item will be accepted without the Sale
Order ID Number / Invoice / Email Confirmation copy shown.
(B) For uniforms:
a. Parents who want to return the uniform due to size issues can get it exchanged from authorized vendors
Available at the respective locations. The vendors will share the days and times for the exchange of
Uniforms.
b. Parents to carry along one copy of the bill and get their uniforms exchanged.
c. Parents should return the material within 30 days from the date of invoice.
d. There will not be any refund on account of uniform purchases through SFS.

Customer Service - Complaint Handling Process


Parents can book their complaints directly via using the “Self Ticket Raising Process” Ref to the attachment
“Self-Ticket raising process”
Wecare team will give you a reply with the Ticket Number within 24-48 hours which needs to be used in
future Communication while tracking the complaint.
Wecare will inform complainants once the complaint is closed by them, meanwhile, any updates On the
complaints can be asked for or followed by providing a TICKET NUMBER on the Call center or writing a
follow-up email to wecare@shopforschool.in
Parents have been provided with multiple payment options e.g. Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking for
their convenience by SFS.
As a further convenience, if the parents would require any additional assistance, staff & computers will be
available at the school between 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm on 23rd Feb2022 – 1st April 2023 to help the parents place
their orders online.

Kindly note that the above facilities are only for the convenience of our parents & children and are totally
optional for parents. There is no binding of any kind to buy from the above website & suppliers only.
Parents are free to purchase the above items from any reputed vendor.
