Assalam-o-Alaikum,
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FINAL EXAMINATION 2022

We, at our school are in continuous path to inculcate good habits and groom our students to be
prepared for CAIE / Sindh Board in future. Please note the following for the upcoming Examination:

1. All students must report to the school in proper school uniform with their valid original school ID
cards. Students without a valid ID card will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
2. Punctuality is mandatory and those who arrive late will not be able to sit for the exam.
3. Disallowed items within the examination’s hall (if found, will be confiscated and returned one
week after the examination).
4. Mobile phones, pagers, calculator cases, instruction leaflets, bags, books, pencil cases, personal
stereos, computers of any kind, programmable watches, palm-top computers or any other kind
of equipment are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall/room.
5. Pens (blue or black ink only), pencils, erasers, slide rulers, mathematical instruments (only) non-
graphical/non-programmable calculators (if required by the examinations) and money for snacks
should be carried in transparent cases only. Students are advised not to bring wallets to school
on the day of the examination.
6. All valuables are the sole responsibility of the students and they are advised not to bring any
valuables with them. Please note that the school will not be responsible for any loss of
valuables or any other items.
7. Students are required to remain in the exam hall for the complete duration of their paper or
until the key time finishes.
8. The examiners may take immediate action against any individual found to be disturbing the
other students inside or outside the examination room/hall.
9. Students found to be using any unfair means, or breaking the rules in any way may be
disqualified from the whole examination session.
10. Borrowing of items from each other is not admissible during the examination.

11. Students must bring their own water bottles.

12. Parents are requested for timely pick and drop of their child as per the exam time table.

This SOP is based on the SOP laid down by the British Council for the Cambridge International
Examinations.
