Important Guidelines for Parents for Session – 2024-25

Parents are requested to bear in mind that the school attaches great importance to building a
sound character in students. They are expected to cooperate with the school authorities by
making their children understand that a well – ordered & disciplined way of life is as
important at home as in school. To support and reinforce the school rules and policies, parents
are expected to cooperate with the implementation of all the following guidelines.

Discipline & Code of Conduct


* School reporting time 7:50 am and departure time 01:40 pm. (Summer)
* School reporting time 8:50 am and departure time 02:40 pm. (Winter)
* Regularity, punctuality, politeness, courtesy of speech & implicit obedience, fidelity to study &
work assignments in the school is necessary.
* Please notify the school reception of any change in their address or telephone numbers.
* Irregular attendance at school, physical violence in school or school bus, misbehaviour with
fellow students, habitual, laziness, disobedience, dishonesty or conduct injurious to the moral tone
of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student. In such cases, the decision of the
Principal shall be final.
* Any pupil who has committed an act of serious indiscipline or behaviour may be removed from
the rolls. The removal may be permanent or temporary according to the gravity of the offence.
* All students must converse/speak to each other & teachers in English only, as spoken English is
encouraged within the school premises.
* Students are not permitted to wear or bring any gold or valuable jewellery in school. Do not carry
mobile phones, pen drives, cameras, CD’s or any other electronic gadgets.
* Be careful in handling Library Books / any other school property. Damage of the same may result
in compensation for it.
* Anti-Social behaviour or use of abusive language in strictly prohibited. It may lead to rustication
of the child also.
* Parents, guardians or any other person is not allowed to speak to the students or their teachers
without prior appointment or permission of the Principal.
* No gift or any demonstration to the teacher or any other staff is allowed. (On Birthday, Children’s
Day, Teacher’s Day, Diwali etc.)
Bus & Conveyance Rules
* Transport service is an optional service facilitated and outsourced by the school for the
convenience of the students.
* Students while travelling in the school bus must maintain discipline. Any student guilty of
misconduct will not be allowed to avail the bus facility. Any damage done by student will have to
be compensated by the student parent.
* Students using personal vehicles must have a driving licence. Use of helmet is mandatory for two
– wheeler riders. Providing vehicles to your ward is your discretion. School authorities do not
support this measure, and will not be responsible for any adverse situations.
* Keep personal vehicles locked. School will not recover any loss from the vehicle.
* Conveyance fees once deposited is non-refundable.

Uniform & Appearance


* Neat & tidy school uniform recommended by the school with identity card must be worn daily by
the students. On Monday – Grey T-shirt and Black Lower Grey Strip. On Wednesday & Saturday –
White T-shirt and Black Lower White Strip. In Winters – Black Hoodie and Black Lower.
* Socks & shoes as per sample approved by the school must be worn. Finger nails must be cut short
& kept clean.
* The school believes in simplicity & students are not permitted to wear ostentatious or expensive
items like jewellery, fancy watches, wristbands or similar accessories in the school.
* On Birthdays – no casuals will be permitted.

Academics
* Please check the School bag/School Diary daily and sign all reports from Teachers & Home
Assignment Page.
* Ensure that homework i.e entire garnet of academic follow up is done regularly by students.
* It is mandatory to attend Parent-Teacher meetings. Your ward should escort you in school uniform
only.
* Private tuitions are strongly discouraged. Parents are requested to strictly refrain from engaging
the school teachers for their ward’s private tuition if required.

Fee
* Please pay the installments before the 10th of the installment month. The installment months are
April, July, October & December. Mode of payment is Online transfers or cash.
* Late Fee of Rs. 10/- per day will be applied for payments made after the specified deadline.

Leave Policies
* Half-day leave will not be sanctioned. If under unavoidable circumstances if it has to be taken,
then the student will be handed over to the parents only.
