Subject: Revision in Fee Payment Schedule

Dear Parent,
Greetings from VIBGYOR Group of Schools!
We sincerely hope that you and your families are safe and healthy in this time of humanitarian crisis. The
unprecedented situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to change and adapt to newer ways
of living, interacting, working and learning. While we are optimistic that the worst will pass and normalcy will be
restored, we are leaving no stone unturned to prepare ourselves for tackling the future uncertainty.
Our goal is to provide continuity in learning for our students and over the last few weeks, we have initiated a
series of engagement activities for students of different age-groups. We launched the Virtual Learning Sessions
(VLS) for all our schools that commenced the new academic year in April. For schools commencing the new
academic year in June, we have kept students of different age groups involved in learning through activity plans
for our pre-school and primary learners, review activities for our middle school learners and online learning
activities for our senior learners of the board grades.
These academic engagements have been supplemented with our Fit@Home activity plans to keep our students
and their families physically agile during this confining time. Our team of counsellors and special educators from
the Personalised Learning Centre (PLC) have also been available to our students and their families to help them
maintain mental wellbeing.
While it is our responsibility to continue to educate our students, we also need to compassionately take into
consideration the multifarious difficulties that our parents and staff are enduring during this time. We had
enabled online fee payment gateways for contactless interaction well before the lockdown as well as provided
an extension of time for the payment of the first Quarter Fees which was due on 4th April, 2020.
We are grateful to parents who have paid fees for the new academic year – this, coupled with the postponement
of some of our financial obligations towards rents, banks and other essentials, has allowed us to make the
necessary procurements and prepare our schools for the new academic year. Despite constraints, we continued
to provide financial support to our staff through salary payouts for the month of March, 2020.
Considering the rarity of the current situation and to support our parents in planning their financial
commitments, we have further relaxed the fee payment schedule to offer the option of paying fees in monthly
instalments. To view the monthly fee of your ward and make payment you can visit www.vibgyorrise.com and
click on the ‘Payment’ tab. Payments of fees will help us maintain the continuity in salary payouts for our staff,
which is this is vital for continuing the momentum of academics.
Through the collaborative efforts of our management, teaching & administration staff and our partners, we are
exhibiting the highest resilience to function through this period of uncertainty. We are appreciative of our
students and parents for their positivity and flexibility during these trying times.
With your continued support, together we will emerge stronger when we come out on the other side of the
COVID-19 pandemic!
Regards,
