Detailed Itinerary

Day 0: Departure from Delhi / Chandigarh in the evening


Arrive Delhi reporting point and board bus for Manali. The travel distance will be around 560 Kms and it will be
around 12 hours journey.
Overnight in bus.

Day 1: Arrival at Manali.


Morning meet on arrival with our Representative and get transferred to hotel. After the orientation, your day is free
to explore manali on your own. At Solang Valley, you can indulge in different activities like ropeway, quad biking &
paragliding. Evening will be free for you to explore the city of Manali. Dinner will be served at the hotel.
STAY IN MANALI
Day 2: Manali to Jispa
After breakfast, start your journey towards Jispa, on the way cross Rohtang pass,Gulaba,Marhi Koksar. After lunch
at Koksar, the next stop will be Jispa. Check in to the camp at Jispa and enjoy the evening tea with snacks.
In the evening we have time to enjoy the beauty of the place. We will discuss about the today’s drive and your
feedback are to be shared.
STAY IN JISPA

Day 3: Jispa to Leh


After breakfast, the guide will inform you about today’s plan and then start your drive. Stop for some pictures at
Nakeela River, Lachung La, gata loops. We plan to have lunch at Pang or its nearby area. We will plan a halt at
Rumtse for high tea and will reach Leh in the evening. As tomorrow will be a leisurely day so you can enjoy tonight.
Our team will do the arrangements to make you comfortable.
STAY IN LEH

Day 4: Leh to Sham valley side with Secmol and Local sightseeing
After breakfast at the hotel leave for the Sham Valley Excursion. It will be around 4 hour half day tour covering
spots like Hall Of Fame, Gurudwara Shri Patthar Sahib, Magnetic Hill and Sangam. You can take your lunch at
Gurdwara Pathar Sahib. In the evening we will walk to Leh Market and then to leh palace. Today you should sleep
just after the dinner as tomorrow we will drive to the highest motorable road of the world.

Day 5: Leh to Nubra via Khardungla


Today get a wakeup call with breakfast. After briefing, start the drive to Nubra. We will stop at south pullu to have
some snacks. After crossing Khardungla top we will stop at north pullu for another break. After exploring the deskit
monastery head towards hunder sand dunes where you can ride a double hump camel. On reaching your camp
freshen up for the discussion session. Enjoy your meal at the camp.
STAY IN NUBRA

Day 6: Nubra to Pangong (3 idiots lake):


Today the drive will be alongside of the river Shyok. After breakfast, you will be briefed about the day’s drive. We
will carry snacks and juice with us to recharge you every time you feel low. Memuts are another one speciality of
these roads. After lunch at durbok our stop will be Pangong. In the evening check into your camps and discuss
about today’s ride.
STAY IN PANGONG

Day 7: Pangong to Tsokar lake


After breakfast, we move towards The Tso-Kar Lake also known as 'White Lake'. It is one of the three high altitude
salt water lakes in Ladakh. The Tso-Kar Lake is known as 'White Lake' because the white salt of the water deposits
all over the lake shores. Tso-kar Lake is the smallest lake among the three important lakes in Ladakh.
STAY IN TSOKAR

Day 8: Tsokar to Jispa


Morning after breakfast start drive towards Jispa. There will many changes in the landscape which you will see
today. Keep your camera’s out for number of clicks. After breakfast, the guide will inform you about today’s plan
and then start your drive. Stop for some pictures at Nakeela River, Lachung La, gata loops.
Reach Jispa in the late afternoon. Today’s ride feedback, problem you faced and near misses will be discussed
during the Stargazing season.
STAY IN JISPA

Day 9: Jispa to Manali. Departure from Manali


After breakfast, start your journey towards Manali. By the afternoon you will reach Manali and you are free to
enjoy the time in Manali Market. Later get transferred to the Bus stop.
Depart from Manali for Delhi / Chandigarh
Day 10: Arrival at Delhi / Chandigarh
Morning arrive Delhi. End of our services.

● International / Domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax or any kind of insurance cover
● Items of personal nature like drinks, laundry, telephone calls, tips, camera fees
etc & any other item not specifically mentioned above as ‘INCLUDED’
● Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change
in flight and train schedule; cancellation of flights/trains, political
disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc.
● No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility.
● Any part of package is not availed by the client; refunds cannot be
claimed for any part of package exchangeable with any services.
● In case of extension of a tour is required, supplements as applicable would be paid
directly to us by the clients.

Important Notes:
● Participants are requested to follow the timing in the program, in case any
service are missed due to delay in departure, the company will not be
responsible for any refund.
● Thrillophilia reserve the rights to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of
disturbance occurred (i.e whether condition, political condition or any others)
without changing the total number of days and without compromising any
service.
● All the travellers are requested to carry a copy of medical certificate with them.
● Any Cost arising due to unforeseen circumstances & reasons beyond our control
like change in flight and train schedule; cancellation of flights/trains, political
disturbances, natural phenomenon,landslides, roadblocks or any etc (to be borne
by the client directly on the spot).
● Hotel accommodation is in standard Hotels and camps.
Payment Procedure:
● The payment can be done in instalments.
● The payment will be done online through Credit/Debit card or Net banking. (Same as online shopping)
● You will receive an email from info@thrillophilia.com with payment links inside it.
● Click on the link, fill in the card details and pay the booking amount.
● As soon as you pay, you will receive confirmation voucher from Thrillophilia and also
PayU, our transaction partner.
● The remaining amount needs to be paid on or before the mentioned date below the links.

Cancellation Policy :
1. If cancellations are made 60 days before the start date of the trip, 10% of total tour cost will be
charged as cancellation fees.
2. If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be
charged as cancellation fees.
3. If cancellations are made within 16-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour
cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
4. If cancellations are made within 8-15 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of total tour cost
will be charged as cancellation fees.
5. If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost
will be charged as cancellation fees.
