Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Chandigarh - Shimla

Meet our representative. Proceed to Shimla. On Arrival check in to hotel at Shimla. Further Day at
Leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Shimla.

Day 2: Shimla
Breakfast. Proceed for Shimla sightseeing. Visit shimla mall road, the ridge, jakhu temple, scandal
point, state museum, shimla christ church. Overnight stay at hotel in shimla.

Day 3: Shimla - Manali

Breakfast. Checkout from Shimla hotel proceed to manali. Check in at hotel in manali. Further day is
at leisure. Overnight stay at manali.

Day 4: Manali
Breakfast. Proceed for Manali sightseeing. Visit hadimba temple, vashishta temple, jogini falls,
sethan village, manu temple, manali mall road, Tibetan Monastry, vashishta kund. Overnight stay at
hotel in manali.

Day 5: Manali – Rohtang/Snow point – Solang Valley - manali

Breakfast. Visit to Rohtang Pass (Subject to operation at an extra cost) and later visit Solang Valley.
Overnight stay at hotel in Manali.

Day 6: Manali - Chandigarh

Breakfast. Checkout from Manali hotel proceed to Chandigarh. Later proceed to Chandigarh
airport/railway station for your way back home.

• Manali: Hotel Sunpark or similar for 03N

Tour Cost Inclusions:

• Accommodation in deluxe hotels on double sharing.
• 05 Breakfast & 05 Dinner included
• Honeymoon Inclusions once during the stay (Bed Decoration, Cake & Candle light dinner)
• All local sightseeing, transfer from Chandigarh to Chandigarh by Etios/Dzire as per confirmation.
• The above rates include all applicable taxes.
 Tour Cost Exclusions:
• Adventure activities on direct payment.
• To/fro Flight or train cost.
• Any transportation which is not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Entrance fees to the amusement parks & boating charges.
• Any portage at Airport and Hotels, tips, insurance, beverages, mineral water, telephone charges, and
all items of personal nature.
• Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
• Expenses caused by the factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, road blocks, vehicle
mal-functions, political disturbances, etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Packages rates quoted shall also vary due to changes in the itinerary, hotels, car and the
number of persons travelling.
• Extra expenses incurred for transportation/accommodation due to delay, any natural or
political disturbances like landslides, strikes, road blocks etc. must be borne by you on tour.
• Christmas Gala dinner for 24th December and New Year Gala dinner for 31st December
will be charged extra.
• Air conditioning in the car/transport will be turned off while climbing Hills.
• Non Ac rooms are provided in all hill stations.
• Cab service will be provided as per itinerary, not on disposal basis. Cab Service booked (If
any) in the package will be operational from 9 AM till 7 PM only.
• In case of Triple sharing room, rolling mattress (Extra bed) will be provided for third person
• Given hotels and rooms are on confirmed state but in case of any unexpected situation or any
technical fault which lead to the cancellation/overbooking of any booked Hotel, We reserves
rights to change the hotel and provide any other hotel of similar standard.
• In case of non-payment of package cost or any unpaid component of the Package, the
voucher shall stands null and void
• Do not forget to carry valid government photo ID proof while travelling which includes
passport, Aadhar card, voter ID, and driving license.
• It is advisable to look at the reviews about hotels you are staying before booking the package.
• Changing hotel /meal plan/ car/refund of unused meals on tour is not possible.

PAYMENT POLICY

• 100% Advance Payment required for Flight booking

• 40% Advance Payment required for the booking of the Land Package
• The balance amount can be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure
• Full payment is required to be received in advance for the bookings during the peak season
or Travel is within 30 days.

Cancellation Charges per person

• If cancellations are made after 10 days of the booking date, INR 5000/- is non refundable.
• If cancellations are made after 45 days before the start date of the trip,50% of the trip cost
will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellations are made after 45 – 30 days before the start date of the trip,75% of the trip
cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellations are made after 30 days before the start date of the trip,100% of the trip cost
will be charged as cancellation fees
 Important Points to note:

Transport: As per the SOPs and guidelines regarding the commercial transport, 7 people are
permitted to travel in a tempo traveller, 4 people in Innova / SUV and 3 people in
Sedan/hatchback.
Hotels: We have been using the hotels that are strictly following the health and hygiene
SOPS suggested by MHA and WHO. The SOPS are being attached for your kind reference.
Please go through the same. Please note the hotel may charge the group for mandatory gala
dinners at the hotel which needs to be settled directly at the hotel by the guest.
Traveller: Post COVID-19 the entire globe has changed so has been the travel. We have
tried to compile the SOPs for the travellers as well.
Itinerary: Please note sightseeing and excursion will be strictly as per the norm laid by the
MHA and temples, monuments and adventure parks opening and entry is subject to the
guidelines suggested by MHA and local administration. You may find few sightseeing points
non-operational which have been mentioned in the itinerary kindly accept as it is on the given
day.
