Day 1: Arrival Bhubaneswar – Puri 04-Apr Thu

Pickup from Bhubaneswar airport Proceed to the Puri. En-route visit Dhauli ( the peace pagoda), 108 Shivling temple,
Lingaraj Temple, Chausath (64) Yogini temple. After reaching Puri check into the hotel in the evening and enjoy at
Puri beach. Overnight at Puri.

Day 2: Puri – (Jagannath Temple) - Chilika Lake ( Satpada ) – Puri 05-Apr Fri

After morning breakfast, Darshan at Sri Jagannath Temple (Non Hindus are not allowed), Gundicha Temple, Mausima
Temple, Bedi Hanuman Temple, Depart for Satapada, Chilka. en- route visit Alarnath Temple after reaching Chilika
lake Take a boat (By own cost) meets the Irrawaddy Dolphins in nature and the Hradaya –Sagar Sangam or the sea
mouth (the point where the lake meets the sea). Enjoy the day at Chilka Lake (India's biggest inland lake spread over
1,100 square kilometers). Evening return to Puri, In the evening enjoy and relax at golden beach, free time shopping at
Puri local market. Overnight at Puri.

Day 3: Puri - Konark ( Sun Temple) – Bhubaneshwar 06-Apr Sat

After breakfast check out from the hotel then drive to Konark on marine drive, visit Chandrabhaga beach &
Ramchandi temple. Then visit The famous Sun Temple called black Pagoda, the 12th century temple richly decorated
with stone carving. In the evening, enjoy a light & sound show in Konark (By own cost). Then drive to Bhubaneshwar,
Check in hotel. Overnight at Bhubaneshwar.

Day 4: Bhubaneswar Local Sightseeing 07-Apr Sun

After breakfast visit local Bhubaneshwar and visit Rajarani temple, Mukteshwar temple, Parshurameshwaram
Temple, Khandagiri, Udaygiri jain caves, Nandankanan Zoo (This zoo is famous for variety wild life sanctuary & also
famous for white Tiger & Lion Safari (Closed On Monday), Tribal museum (Closed On Monday) then free time for
shopping. overnight at Bhubaneswar.

your tour booking, please notify us at least 60 days in advance to receive a partial refund. Cancellations made within 45 of the tour date may be subject to a
cancellation fee.
In the event that LFCWALA has to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings, customers will be offered the choice of a
full refund or the opportunity to reschedule for a different date. We aim to provide our customers with flexibility and excellent service, and we appreciate your
understanding in these situations.

Amendment Policy

1. Amendment Requests: All requests for amendments must be submitted in writing to our customer service team at least 35 days before the scheduled
departure date.
2. Availability: Amendments are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability at the time of the
request.
3. Fees: A nominal administration fee may be applicable for each change made to your tour package. Any additional costs incurred due to the
amendment, such as price differences or penalties from suppliers, will be passed on to you.
4. Refunds: Please note that refunds for amendments are subject to the terms and conditions of your original booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be
processed within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your tour package instead of amending it, our standard Cancellation Policy will apply.

Payment Policy
Thank you for choosing LFCWALA for your travel needs. To ensure a seamless booking process, please review our payment policy below:
1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be
applied towards the total cost of the tour.
2. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 50 days prior to the tour departure date. Failure to make the final payment by this deadline may result
in the cancellation of your reservation, with applicable cancellation fees.
3. Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or bank transfer or by UPI. Please note that a 3%
surcharge applies to all credit card payments.
4. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made within 50 days of the tour departure date are subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for cancellations
will be processed within 25 business days, minus any applicable fees.
5. Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during the tour, such as optional excursions or extra meals or extra bed/rooms or extra travels
must be settled before the end of the tour.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment:
By booking a tour with LFCWALA, you agree to pay the specified deposit amount at the time of booking. Full payment is required at least 45
days before the tour departure date. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.
2. Cancellations & Refunds:
· If you cancel your tour reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
 · 60 or more days before departure: 60% of the tour cost
· 15-25 days before departure: 90% of the tour cost
· Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
· Refunds will be processed within 24-28 business days of cancellation.
3. Changes & Itinerary:
LFCWALA reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, and transportation due to unforeseen circumstances or events
beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives of equal value.
4. Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or
lost luggage. LFCWALA is not liable for any of these incidents.
