Cost Does Not Include: -

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS: -

 All reservations are deemed tentative till an advance of 50% payment is received.
 Balance of 50% at the time of Check -In.

Please note: -
 All packages are all inclusive (Lunch on day 01 to Breakfast on last day)
 Check in time is 12.00 Noon on Day 1 and Check out time on the last day is 11.00 AM. Guests are
requested to vacate the domes at the checkout time but can use resort facilities till 12 Noon
 We regret we cannot compensate where performance of our duty is affected by force majeure,
any incident which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due
care, anticipate or avoid. Such events may include war, terrorist activity, unexpected
government acts, riots, civil strife, natural disaster, border closures, fire, road closures, pilferage,
epidemics, quarantines, land and air travel, extreme weather conditions and other similar
incidents beyond our capability to manage.
 We follows a no-refund policy. In case of cancellations due to genuine reasons, the amount paid
will be adjusted against future trips.
 Personal accident Insurance is advisable when booking an adventure tour. Persons not fit for
trips due to heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy or mental
illness are advised not to participate in rigorous travel programs. The insurance should cover
death, injury, theft of the clients' personal property and medical expenses. Activities with the
greater risk such as White-water rafting and Mountaineering should be covered.

Travel advisory:-

•Luxury Dome means only basic facilities like attached washrooms, Well maintained mattresses, Private
Balcony, Outdoor Chairs, Electricity with 24 hours backup, Air Conditioner.

•Parking: Only road side parking available on the Rishikesh - Badrinath highway

•In order to reach Kylo Resort, guests has to trek 300 mtrs (including 200 mtrs uphill trek) from main
road crossing the suspension bridge (similar to Lakshman jhula). It is advised to travel light.

•Woolens or warm clothes – You may experience slight cold evenings at the resort, even in months like
April and it is advisable to carry light jackets during those periods as well. In winters proper woolens
would be required. If you are planning to raft or engage in other adventures, sports clothing are a must.

•Although there is a first aid box at the resort, but kindly carry your personal medication.

•Footwear – Bring at least two pairs of footwear. One sandal or loafer for rafting and one sneaker for
roaming around the resort. Remember don’t bring anything with hard soles

•Minimum Age for River Rafting is 14 yrs. Kids below 14 years shall not be allowed to raft.

•To do Rafting & other adventure activities every participant must be physically fit and should not have
any medical condition like Heart problem, Back or Neck injury, Recent fracture, Dislocation, Blood
Pressure, etc or any other such medical condition.

•Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or medically/physically unfit will not be allowed for the
rafting activity

Cancellation Clause:

Prior information of any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory. Kylo Resort
reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per details below. If the cancellation is made:

• Early Cancellation (15+ Days Before Check-In): 30%

charge on total booking amount.

• Mid-Term Cancellation (8-14 Days Before Check-In):

50% charge on total booking amount.

• Late Cancellation (Within 7 Days of Check-In): 100%

charge on total booking amount.
