1. OPINION OF THE CONGRUENCE BETWEEN YOUR PERSONAL VALUES AND THE VALUES OF THE
ORGANIZATION, YOU WORK IN. The following statements, which are provided below, are about the congruence between your
personal values and the values of the organization where you currently work. Please carefully read each statement and on a scale from 1
“strongly disagree” to 5 “strongly agree” rate your consent with them.
