DO’S AND DONT’S

1. NEW NORMAL GUIDELINES


▪ Please observe the following safety protocols at all times:
a. Strict implementation of wearing face mask and face shield outside the resort
- Apprehension and stiff penalty will be imposed by LGU and PNP Malay for violators.
b. Kindly observe social distancing, at least 1 meter apart
c. For your convenience, hand sanitizing stations are placed in the public areas of the resort
d. If you experience any symptoms such as cough, difficulty breathing, colds, sore throat and/or fever,
please call the COVID HOTLINE by dialing 152
2. ENTERING/ EXITING RESORT
▪ ALL guests will be required to present their QR code upon entering the resort.
3. GOING TO THE BEACH
▪ Before swimming in the ocean, guests should first register at a designated beach station and have their temperature
checked.
▪ Swimming is allowed only in designated areas marked by flags:

▪ Swimming time is from 6:00am to 7:00pm.


4. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
▪ The LGU is Enforcing A No Facemask, No Face Shield, No Ride Policyon all public utility vehicles.
▪ Physical distancing is strictly observed: e-trike – maximum of four (4) passengers allowed.
▪ Minimum fare is Php 20 per person based on distance travelled.
5. CURFEW
▪ The island-wide imposed curfew is 11:00pm to 4:00am (subject to change).
6. DENR MANDATED RULES FOR BORACAY
▪ Do not litter
▪ Do not smoke on the beach, public areas and public utility vehicles
▪ Do not urinate or defecate on the beach
▪ Do not extract white sand and pebbles
▪ Do not eat and drink liquor on the beach
▪ Do not bring your pets at the beachfront
▪ No sand castle making
▪ No fire dancing
▪ No illegal tour guiding
▪ No vendors, peddlers, ambulant masseurs and manicurist
▪ No entry and no parking of motor vehicles on the beachfront
▪ No flyering, streamer and poster at beachfront
7. DRONE RESTRICTION
▪ Only drones weighing below 7lbs are allowed, provided the guest obtains a permit to operate the drone at the
Barangay Action Center located at Balabag Plaza, Station 1.
▪ The permit processing fee is Php 2,500.
▪ Violators may be fined.
