BOOKING and CONFIRMATION:
1. In general, La Luz Beach Resort requires advance reservation with the following
schedule:
a. Peak Months – 3 months advance booking
i. All weekend, holidays and calendared events of the year are
considered peak
b. Off Peak – 15 days
2. All booking and / or reservation is deemed confirmed and reserved ONLY after a
minimum of Ten percent (10%) is deposited in favour of GANCO RESORTS and
RECREATION INC. with BDO account no. 004970202594 within two (02)
business days from date of inquiry or pencil booking (Non Refundable)
3. A scanned email copy or facsimile transmittal of the deposit slip is requested
through sunshine.laluzbeachresort@gmail.com for validation purposes.
FULL payment is required upon arrival to be settled at the resorts cashiers’
office. All other incidental and/or additional charges if any will be settled in Cash
or Company check payable to GANCO RESORTS and RECREATION
INC. upon check-out.
ARRIVAL and REGISTRATION at the RESORT:
1. A copy of the deposit slip is required for presentation upon arrival together with
a copy of your guaranteed booking quotation at the resorts’ reception
area.
2. Your meals stub will be provided at the reception area upon arrival
and registration.
3. Meal stubs MUST be surrendered at the pavilions’ checker EVERY
meal. Failure to surrender your stub may cause delay of service.
4. Check-in time is at 1:00 in the afternoon.
5. Standard arrangement serves lunch upon arrival.
Buffet meals will automatically pull out after the allotted time.
Lunch served at 12 noon – 2 PM
Afternoon snack served at 3 PM – 5 PM
Dinner served at 7 PM – 9 PM
Breakfast served at 7 AM – 9 AM
All food and drinks of the buffet should be consumed within the dining
area only
6. Eating utensils plates and cups are not allowed to bring outside the
dining area

7. Safety of personal belongings is the responsibility of the owner
8. Park At Own Risk: The Company Assumes No Responsibility For Loss Or
Damage To Parked Vehicles
MODIFICATION and REBOOKING of reservation:
1. Modifications will only be allowed once fifteen (15) days prior to actual date of
reservation and subject to availability of the resort.
a. Modification covers change(s) in room or headcount.
2. Rebooking will only be allowed following the given schedule:
30 day notice Deposited amount can be used in full
15 day notice 50% rebooking charges applies
Rebooking is only allowed with the next 2 months from date of confirmation
and is subject to availability of the resort
MEAL Modification and / or Cancellation: All mandatory meal package(s) are
assumed to be lunch start unless otherwise pre-arranged. Additional meal(s) are
likewise allowed with pre-arrangement upon booking confirmation.
1. Meal schedule modification or change of schedule will only be arranged upon
booking confirmation (start and end of meal package).
2. Meal cancelation will be charged in full if advised on the day itself.
3. Minimum guarantee applies in all cases if and when stipulated.
General provision of the policy stated above is superseded by events resulting from force
majeure or fortuitous event, natural calamities, acts of war and / or a lawful order.
The Municipality of San Juan,Batangas is charging PhP 20.00 per head for the
Ecological fee.

CORKAGE FEE POLICY
The following items are not allowed in the resort:
1. Beer in bottle or in can
2. Soda / soft drinks in bottle or in can
3. C2 , Energy drinks and any bottled or in can juice
4. Meals / Viands
5. Portable speaker
6. Party Poppers
The following items are subject to corkage fees:
1. Wine P 500.00 / bottle
2. Brandy / Scotch / Whisky P 800.00 / bottle
3. Tequila / Vodka / Rhum / Gin P1,000.00 / bottle
If you have paid for the necessary corkage, please keep your receipt and present when
asked for.
I hereby understand and acknowledge the Resort’s policy on CORKAGE and items NOT
allowed to be taken in at the resort for consumption.
