Final Payment:

Balance and other charges must be settled in Cash upon

check in. We do not accept send bill arrangements.

All rooms are guaranteed on the day of arrival. In case of no-show,

your room(s) will be released and will be automatically charged with
full stay/per room. All confirmed booking is non – refundable & non
– transferable but re – bookable (1 time only).

» If notice is received 30 to 15 days prior to arrival date, 30% of

the purchase price will be charged.
» If notice is received 14 to 7 days prior arrival date, 50% of the
Cancellation Policy total package will be charged.
» If notice is received 6 to 0 days prior to arrival date, confirmed
booking is non – refundable & non – transferable but re-
bookable (1 time only).

Vista de Puente Beach Resort shall not be held liable for cancellation
of bookings and shortened stays because of force majeure or
conditions beyond the Resort’s control, which include floods,
earthquakes, explosions, fire, civil disobedience, war, labor disputes
or delays of third parties. The Resort must be granted a reasonable
extension of time to perform obligations or arrangements.

Swimming Pool Hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Beach Front Hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

As a local government ordinance, all loud noise, music or sounds will only be allowed until 10:00 PM.
All rooms are non-smoking area.

We ask that you refrain from smoking in your room or public areas. Smoking on your rear balcony is permitted as long as it does not
Interfere with the enjoyment of surrounding guests. Evidence of smoking in rooms will incur a cleaning fee payable by the guest.

*Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A surcharge will apply on peak months and during holidays.
*No toiletries and towels provided.

• Bringing of Pets – Php 150 per pet

Overnight Stay:
• Pets are not allowed inside the resort
• Bringing of videoke, magic sing and other sound system is strictly prohibited
• Extended hours may be allowed depending on room availability; rate adjustment applies
• Minimal Charge for One (1) Extra Mattress per room. Maximum Sleeping Capacity applies

PROPER SWIMMING ATTIRE IS REQUIRED

✗ NO to: Cotton garments or Street Clothes of any kind
✓ YES to: Spandex, Rayon, Nylon, Board Shorts or Cycling Shorts & Rash guards
