TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 A 50% down payment is required to reserve the Guest House

 Php 5,000 Security Deposit per booking will be required upon reservation
 Php 1,500 Pet Security Deposit per pet will be required upon reservation

 Cancellation Policy as follows:

For bookings made a month/s before:

Fourteen (14) days before date of check in to avail of the 100% refund
Seven (7) days before date of check in to avail of the 50% refund

For bookings made a week or few days before:

Cancellation made from the date of booking to avail the 100% refund
Cancellation 1-6 days before date of check in to avail of the 50% refund.

 Change of Dates Policy as follows:

One-time free change of date shall be applied depending on the availability of the Guest House, otherwise the down
payment deposited will be forfeited.

 Check In/Out: Check out time is 12 noon, check in time is 2pm.

 Late Check Out: Approval of late check out is dependent on room availability. Additional fees may apply.
 Loss/Damage/Injury & Valuables Policy: Each guest assumes full and exclusive responsibility for any loss or damage to
any Guest House property caused by the guest or his authorized visitors and agrees to pay reasonable costs for loss or
damage. Each Guest House guest agrees to hold the Guest House harmless from liability for any damages, loss, or injury
to the guest’s person or property, or that of any third party related to any incident or cause arising from the guest’s stay.
The Guest House assumes no responsibility for any guest’s personal property or valuables.

 Linens & Towels: In the event of stains or damage to linens or towels, the Guest House will recover the cost of
replacement from the guest.
 Damages to Guest House: In the event the guest damages the Guest House for any reason, the guest may be required to
pay for the damages.
 Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the Guest House. Evidence of violation will result in a Php 5,000.00 charge.

I acknowledge that I am liable for the payment of the cost and

payable incurred with all services provided by the Guest
House, with all balances to be paid prior to my departure. My
