Child Policy:
The stay of children below the age of 12 yrs will be complimentary in the same room sharing with the parents without any extra bed. INR
1500+18% GST per night will be charged for the stay of child 12 yrs above inclusive of buffet breakfast.

Additional breakfast at 50% will be charged for the child between 06 yrs to 12 yrs , sharing the parental bed.

Cancellation Policy / No Show Policy:

In case of cancellation, No show & Last minute amendment of stay of a guest with in 48 hrs. of arrival time, one night retention amount will be
charged.

ID Cum Address Proof:

As per the law hotel requires every guest to furnish a valid proof of identity with photograph thereon in original at the time of check in. Kindly
inform the guest to carry the same along with them avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose viz. Driving
License, Passport, Voter ID Card, Adhar Card, Covering letter from the Magistrate or Gazetted officer or Employee ID Card in case of Govt.
Employee. If such ID proof is not provided to the hotel, the hotel reserves the right as per the LAW, to refuse room allotment without any refund of
booking payment.

Check in denied by hotel due to the lack of prescribed Photo ID / Address Proof will not be eligible for any refund and will be considered as “NO
SHOW”.

Rights of Admission:

Standard Check-in time is 12:00 noon. Early Check in before 07:00 hrs would be charged one night extra. Check in between 07:00 hrs and 11:00
hrs will be extra charged 50% of one night charges. Check in after 11:00 hrs will be offered room without any extra charges. In all these cases, the
room will be offered / allotted Subject to Availability.

Check Out time is 1100 hrs.

Visitor Policy:

For the safety and security of all resident guests, visitors are not allowed in the guest room. The guest during this period however, can meet the
visitor in the lobby and restaurants during operating hours.

Please note we have limited inventory of king/twin bed thus preference of rooms shall be subjected to availablity on arrival.
