As per government norms, it is mandatory for each guest to present a
valid government or state-issued address and photo ID at the time of
check-in. Documents that may be accepted as valid proofs include
driving license, passport, voter's ID card, national identity card. PAN
cards are not accepted as valid ID cards.
Accommodation can be denied to the guests posing as a couple if
suitable identification and a non-local address proof is not presented at
check-in.
Refund will not be applicable in case check-in is denied due to non-
compliance to Admission Policy and/or non-availability of suitable photo

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. We request you
to please confirm with us if a special arrangement is needed. You might

Any request for early or late meals need to be made with the reception
at least a night in advance.

the guests.
In case of extension of stay, the guests will have to inform the
management 24 hours in advance of their original check out time. Stay
extension is subjected to availability.
Pay@Hotel bookings are subject to availability and we recommend pre-
payment to avoid missing out on available rooms. In case rooms are not
available, we would make best efforts to accommodate you at alternate
hotel locations nearest to your originally selected hotel. Any tariff
difference or transportation cost involved in shifting would have to
directly borne by the guest.
