C. Facilities and Amenities
1. Free use of all pools. Please use proper swimwear.
2. Ball games, board games, darts and billiards are free of charge for the first hour. Available only on a first come, first served basis from 6 AM to 6 PM.
3. Other water sports facilities like kayak, banana boat, pedal boat and jet-ski has applicable charges.
D. Other Terms and Conditions
1. Strictly no refund.
2. Extra person charge is PHP 1,500.00 per night.
3. Children 11 years old and below free of charge (no extra bed provided).
4. Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late check-out is upon request and is subject to room availability.
5. Room rates are inclusive of 12% government tax.
6. Any extension of stay is subject to room availability and only hotel operations can confirm.
7. All incidental charges must be paid upon check-out.
8. The Resort shall not be liable for any loss of valuables/money that is not secured in our safety deposit box located at the Front Office.
9. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE RESORT. WE WILL EXERCISE OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO
GUESTS WHO WILL INSIST ON BRINGING IN PETS.
E. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of your total room cost will be the cancellation charge. If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of your total
room cost will be charged.
