ON-LINE SURVEY

One requirement of the course is to conduct a survey. The survey that you will be conducted is
about Work from Home of teachers in basic education and faculty from State Colleges and Universities.

INSTRUCTION

1) For every teacher or faculty to be interviewed five (5) point score will be given. The maximum
point the student can obtain is 100 points.
2) The objective of the survey is to develop among the students the skill in communication and
how to convince your target client.
3) You are not allowed to interview your target respondent FACE to FACE. All interview MUST be
ON-LINE either through messenger or email.
4) The survey will commence on April 13, 2021 and will end on April 23, 2021. Submission of
output will be on April 26, 2021 on or before 8:00 AM. 5) The respondent will answer the
QUESTIONAIRE.
