Thank you for inquiring about Serenity Christian Camp as possible venue for your Retreat and Teambuilding possibly on
December 28 - 30, 2022.

We have two types of accommodation. One is with meals, which we offer for a guaranteed 100 pax (whether in actual or
paid non-existent participants) and the other is non-catered, in which the campers can cook their food in our kitchen.

See below details of your non-catered accommodation.

A. Accommodation:
1. Dates of Activity: December 28 (Wed) – December 30 (Fri), 2022
➢ 3 days, 2 nights
➢ Check-in time: 2:00 PM, Check-out time: 12:00 NN

2. Accommodation:
➢ Number of pax: 200 - 300
➢ Rate: PhP 450.00/pax/night
❖ Total Minimum Accommodation:
200pax X PhP 450/pax X 2 nights = PhP 180,000.00
➢ Inclusions:
✓ Room accommodation:
Aircon use: at night/sleeping time: 9:00 PM to 6: 00AM
Pillows and Beddings will be provided. No blankets and toiletries will be given however
✓ Pavilion Hall (non airconditioned)
✓ Use of Swimming pool
✓ Campsite grounds

➢ Mode of payment:
• Reservation fee: 20% of Total Minimum Accommodation (Non-refundable)
o Thru payment at the office or thru Bank (BDO)

3. Optional charges:
➢ Drinking Water: PhP 50 per container (5 gallons)
➢ Kitchen Use: PhP 1,500.00 per day
❖ Inclusive of: 2 burner stove, 1 burner stove, LPG tank with gas, 2 large “kaldero”, 2 large “kawali” and
chest freezer, electricity and water consumption, and garbage disposal.
➢ Rent of hot and cold water dispenser: PhP 500/day
➢ Rent of Billiards Hall (PhP 50/hr)
➢ Bonfire Fee: PhP 1,000.00
➢ Airconditioned Hall: Php 1,000.00/hr

B. Other Matters:
➢ 1. Date: As of this writing, the possible dates of your activity are not yet reserved. However, we cannot guarantee
to secure you those dates after we send this email as we accept reservations on a first-to-pay-first-to-reserve basis.

➢ 2. For room accommodation, rooms and dormitories should be maximized first before filling out other rooms
(proper social distancing will be observed).

➢ 3. Facilities/Amenities
• Function Rooms
o We have a non-airconditioned pavilion hall which can be used for assemblies and big
group activities. (Please check our website – www.serenitycamp.wordpress.com for the
pictures).
o We have a large comfortable Multipurpose Hall which serves as the Dining Hall and can also
be used for other purposes (please check our website for pictures).
• Sound System/Electricals: We have a microphone, amplifier, and speaker.
• We have a large well-manicured lawn for recreational activities.
• There is a swimming pool for kids and adults.
• There is Bonfire area and available wood materials. Bonfire fee is Php 1000.00
➢ 4. Other Concerns
• The campsite is well secured through the gated fence around the entire perimeter and 24/7 availability of
in-house staff on duty.
• For those catered accommodation, the drinking water is free during the meals only. Outside of the meals,
any gallons of water consumed are charged to the guests.
• There are no additional charges for the use of musical instrument to be used for the activity and other
personal gadgets. There are however charges for other appliances such as large rice cooker, water dispenser,
electric kettle, water heater, electric grill and the like which will be brought by the campers.
• There is no corkage fee for food items to be brought inside our campsite.
• No denim shorts, street clothes and nylon fabrics at the swimming pool area.

• During your event, kindly provide us the schedule of your program so that we may know the flow of your
activities.
