TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Indicated Down payment in the Contract shall be sent to confirm the booking,
Balance on the day. Down payment is non-refundable.
2. Our team will arrive at the venue 4 hours before the event and client shall provide
crew meals from ingress to egress.
3. Rental duration is 5hrs from the start of program. (2,500.00/hr OT fee)
4. Client will shoulder any permit or electrical charges.
5. Additional 30% of the total contract rate will be charged to client if the equipment
are ALL SET and needs to be transferred due to change of weather.
