Regarding your inquiries about the live-in Seminar/Team Building Activities of your group,
for 3 days, 2 nights stay on December 28 until December 30, with estimated participants
100 pax, here are the following details:
1. Each participant will be charge ₱ 1,300.00/head for the whole stay

2. Sharing rooms without aircon


Note* bring your own towel, blanket and toiletries

3. Use of Function Hall with chairs and tables.


Use of Function Hall is from 7:00 am until 8:00pm only.

Note* There will be an extra charge of ₱ 1.000.00 [hour for an excess time in using
the Function Hall.
4. Use of swimming pool.

Note* No night swimming policy


Use of swimming pool will be from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

5. For Kitchen use


Charge for the use of Kitchen will be ₱ 3,000.00 day.

Note* This is address only to those group who will not going to avail Food
from Sierra Madre Hotel.
6. For Food o MEALS (Guided Buffet or Pack food).
For Breakfast - ₱ 75.00/hd
For Lunch - ₱ 120.00/hd
For Snacks - ₱ 60.00/hd

Payment Terms
Payment will be 30% of the total package one week before the event. Full payment
will be paid on or after the event.
