• If the weather conditions are not suitable to construct igloos, then we will
accommodate in room.
•Original Govt.. ID Proof needed to avaiil entry.... Tiicket miight be checked
whiile entry,, so please keep a soft copy handy..
•On arrival,, iif vehiicle iis stuck iin snow,, partiipants wiill trek because of
weather reasons..
• If Igloo iis demolished due to weather,, we wiill accommodate you iin
avaiilable room..
•There iis low network on the place.. Means prepare yourself that you wiill
totally cutoff from the world for that 3 days.. But iif urgent our team wiill help
you..
• If the Sound Tech fails to reach the venue due to extreme snow on road, then
we will switch to indoor plug and play music.
•No sort of miisbehavior wiill be entertaiined..
•Attendees should be properly dressed..
•Partiiciipants use Dustiin for waste..
•Organiizers reserve the riight to perform securiity checks on
iinviitees/members of the audiience at the entry poiint for securiity reasons..
