Subject: Company Outing Guidelines

Good day!

This is to announce that the Company Outing is on May 11-12, 2023, at Inflatable Island located at Bugallon Rd,
Olongapo, Zambales. Below are the Guidelines for everyone to follow.

1. Call time is 3:00am at your respective sites.

2. Drive thru or dine in at Jollibee Argonaut Highway Subic Bay Freeport Zone 6:00am. (Tentative)
3. Everyone is expected to arrive at Inflatable Island at exactly 7:00am.
4. Registration and distribution of headband per team is going to be at Inflatable Island.
5. Please bring your own water tumbler.
6. Please bring your own Hygiene kit, especially sunblock and anything that help protects you from the sun.
7. Please bring your personal medical kit. Especially those with medical conditions.

8. Kindly dispose your wastes on respective trash bins.

9. Please don’t leave your things unattended.
10. All participants must participate in the games.
11. For all teams, please do not dispose the plastic bottles after using (minute maid, etc).
12. Everyone should follow the schedule of games.
12.1 1st Set- Inflatable Area (9:00am-12:00nn)
12.2 2nd Set- Inflatable Area (3:00pm-5:00pm)
12.3 3rd Set- Beach Front (8:00pm onwards)

13. Please bring extra pair of shorts (Will be used for the games).
14. Please refrain from bringing any alcoholic beverages inside the Inflatable Island.
15. Hotel check in will be around 5-6pm before dinner.
16. Please conduct a proper inspection for all the service vehicles before travelling. (B.L.O.W.B.A.G.E.T.S)
