ELIGIBILITY

Above offer is eligible for guest(s) in any nationalities arriving from overseas countries (outside China including Macau) staying in a Government’s appointed DQH for the required quarantine staying
period. This staying period is subject to the risk levels of the arriving places which vary from time to time.

PROLONG STAY

Not permitted as advised by the Department of Health (DH). After finishing the required compulsory quarantine stay at the DQH & confirmed fit for discharge by DH, the quarantine guest cannot choose
to remain lodging in the DQH and be required to leave per schedule.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Pre-payment in full totalled HK$6,790net have been received.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE PAYMENT TERMS

1) Should an arriving guest’s COVID-19 Test result be confirmed positive upon arriving Hong Kong and have to cancel the entire booking, we will levy a cancellation charge which is equivalent to the first
night package rate and refund the balance of payment (less the payment link handling charge);

2) Should a staying guest’s COVID-19 Test Result be confirmed positive during stay and be required to shorten his/her stay at the DQH, no refund will be made for the un-stayed nights;

3) Should the government relax the quarantine staying period after booking is made, the prepaid amount for the shortened days (less the payment link handling charge) will be refunded accordingly.

SPECIAL AMENDMENT TERM

No name change is allowed as details of our Quarantine bookings have to tide-in with the Government’s records for their issuance of a Quarantine Order upon entering Hong Kong.

GUEST UNDER THE AGE OF 18

1) For staying guest under the age of 18 and unaccompanied by an adult, his/her parent/guardian has to sign a Consent Form for Liability Undertaking prior to guest check-in. Please inform us at once
and we will send you the Form for completion ASAP.

2) For staying guest under the age of 18 and accompanied by an adult NOT TRAVELING together with the minor, the accompanying person need to apply with the DH for conditional approval PRIOR TO
guest arrival by sending an email to caretaker_apply@dh.gov.hk. This accompanying adult should present a copy of the DH’s approval upon check-in.

3) Accompanied adult not travelling together with the minor from overseas countries should arrive at the hotel in advance prior to arrival of the minor.

OTHER ESSENTIAL POINTS TO NOTE

1) Being a DQH, we follow all directives guided by the DH. In this connection, a quarantine stay would be very much different from a regular hotel stay as most of our general facilities & services have
been suspended.

2) Staying guests are advised to take note of the followings: a) No room make-up service would be provided during the entire stay; b) No luggage assistance would be provided during check-in/check-out;
c) Guest is required to stay in the guest room during the entire quarantine period. Leaving outside the room will be considered breaching of the quarantine order. Breaching of the quarantine order is a
criminal offense which is subject to a maximum fine of $25,000 & imprisonment for six months; d) No face-to-face contact with outsider or delivery of item outside the guest room would be allowed during
the entire quarantine period.
