GENERAL CONDITIONS o All rates quoted “NET” of commission applicable Service Charge and
Government Tax.
o Buffet breakfast included, served in the SYNDEO Restaurant
o The rates inclusive 11 % Government tax and 10 % service charge
o Rates only become valid when a copy of the signed contract is returned for
our files before the stipulated due date.
o Rates are confidential and cannot be disclosed to any third parties
o For longer staying guests the accommodation / hotel bills have to be
settled in full every 7 days by the individual in the event your esteemed
guests stays for periods more than 7 consecutive nights. If the amount
exceeds the credit card authorization, a further authorization will be taken
to cover the anticipated future expenses.
o The hotel would require full settlement of all charges including
miscellaneous charges upon check out. If your establishment has Credit
Facilities with the hotel, the final amounts must be settled within the
stipulated time given by the Credit Department of the hotel should your
agency be responsible.
o In the event that your company has any unpaid outstanding amounts with
the hotel for more the 30 days from date of invoice, this contract becomes
null and void.
o All rates will be reviewed on a monthly basis and will be adjusted by the
Hotel should room night production meet to the minimum expectations
o Rates are applicable only for reservations made directly to the hotel with
your subagent voucher and your company voucher
o Rates are not applicable for Internet (E-commerce) distribution to
consumers
o If reservations are received from dot.com company without authorization,
the hotel has the right to charge the hotel’s internet BAR rate or higher.
o The hotel reserves the right to adjust rates agreed within the contract
period in the event of tax alterations by the Government and service
charge amendments.
o All information and rates offered in this agreement are strictly confidential
and may not be disclosed to the third parties for whatsoever reason or

o Our contracted rates are guaranteed unless in circumstances of ‘sold-out’
status and ‘black-out’ dates such as convention and exhibition periods.
o Any room rates published on the internet must have written approval from
the Hotel of the site is viewable to non travel agency entitle.
o Upon receipt of reservation details, arrival and departure flight details
should be indicated.
o Innside Yogyakarta will apply fix exchange rate on Domestic Market and
will review the exchange rate by Quarterly basis

o Complimentary Welcome Drink
o Personalized Express Check-in and Check-out at Executive Lounge
o Buffet Breakfast at Executive Lounge from 6am to 10am daily
o Afternoon Tea from 5.30pm to 6.30pm daily
o Complimentary Welcome Fruit Basket upon Arrival
o Complimentary 4 pieces laundry per day – not accumulative
o Complimentary coffee/tea and soft drinks all day
o Official check-in is starting from 14:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00
CHECK IN - OUT p.m. (Noon) Requests for late check-out or early check-in are subject to
availability on the day however is chargable.
o Guest arrive prior 9:00 a.m. early check in will be charged 100% from room
rate
o Guest arrive after 9:00 a.m. : Subject to room availability
EARLY CHECK IN / LATE
o Late check out prior 6:00 p.m., late check out will be charged 50% from
DEPARTURE
room rate
o Late check out after 6:00 p.m. onward, a one night full charge will be
applied
o Operator must notify Innside Yogyakarta by fax or by written notice of any
cancellation, early departure, or reduction in confirmed room reservations
within the following notice periods:

1 – 5 rooms : 7 days prior to arrival


6 – 15 rooms : 28 days prior to arrival
16 – 30 rooms : 42 days prios to arrival

o If Operator fails to give the required notice, or if the booking (or any part of
the booking) fails to arrive as scheduled, Innside Yogyakarta reserves the
right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee equivalent to the
CANCELLATION/ NO contracted rate for one night for each room cancelled or unutilized. The
SHOW/ EARLY late cancellation or no-show fee shall, at the discretion of Innside by Melia
DEPARTURE Yogyakarta, be deducted or set-off against Operator pre-payment or
charged directly to Operator and must be paid within 30 days of the date of
the relevant invoice.

o Ordinarily, no guarantee is required if the guest is arriving before 6pm.


However, if the guest is arriving after 6pm a guarantee, normally credit
card is required to hold the room.

o During busy periods, Innside Yogyakarta may also require a guarantee,


normally credit card, to secure the reservation. Please inquire at the time
of reservation and take note of any sales conditions which may apply,
including cancellation penalties.

BLACK OUT DATES Non available

Operator shall issue to its customers vouchers corresponding to the nights booked
in the Hotel. These vouchers must strictly specify: the name of the Travel Agent,
the number of guests, their names, the number of rooms, the guests’ arrival date,
their departure date, the number of nights booked, the name of the Hotel and the
types of services covered. Vouchers must be presented at the Hotel reception desk
by the customer upon arrival. Failure to do so will result in the customer being
charged for the full amount of the Hotel service at the best available rate posted in
VOUCHERS Innside Yogyakarta and being required to pay the full amount of this bill prior to
departure. On or before the date of this Agreement, the Operator shall submit to
Innside Yogyakarta for prior approval, a specimen voucher that must be used
under this Agreement. Operator shall ensure that the customers are fully informed
of all the present provisions that are applicable to them (conditions on use of the
vouchers, possibility of guarantee of reservation by the customer, promotion, etc.).
Operator remains solely responsible for the proper provision of information to its
customers.
Children meals policy :
o Children age from 0 to 4.99 years old is free of charge
o Children age from 5 - 11.99 years old at 50 % charge from contract meal rates
o From 12 years old and higher it is considered like an adult and pays full rate

Children accommodation policy :


CHILDREN POLICY o Children age from 0 to 4.99 years old sharing bed with parent without extra
bed, the breakfast is free of charge
o Children age from 5 - 11.99 years old sharing bed with parent without extra
bed, the breakfast is charged at IDR 50,000 net/person/day
o From 12 years old and higher it is considered like an adult and pays full rate
o Child sleep in extra bed, it pays full rate of extra bed
o Baby cod, on request, is free of charge
o Additional charge for extra bed on IDR 400,000 Net/room/person
EXTRA BED
o Including breakfast for 1 person
o The performance of this Agreement is subject to acts of God, government
authority, disaster, war, acts of terrorism, or other cause beyond the parties’
control, which make it inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal or
FORCE MAJEURE
impossible to perform as originally contracted under this Agreement. It is
provided that this Agreement may be terminated for any one or more of such
reasons by written notice from one party to the other without liability.
OTHERS o Innside Yogyakarta reserves the right to make any changes to the rates set out
in Contract Rates and Details at any time due to any changes in, or imposition
of Government charges, taxes or levies.

o This Agreement must be held in confidence by the Company so far as the law
permits.
o
o No representation made by or on behalf of MHI,the MHI Account Manager
and/or their respective employees and agents in relation to this Agreement will
be binding unless that representation is in writing and is incorporated into this
Agreement.

o Operator is liable to pay all monies in full to the relevant MHI Hotel for all
accommodation and related costs pursuant to this Agreement. Payment must
be made by Operator strictly in accordance with the payment terms notified to
the Company or Personnel at the time of booking (unless alternative payment

arrangements have been approved in writing by Innside Yogyakarta).

o Operator may not assign or transfer its rights under the agreement without MHI
prior written consent.

o Innside Yogyakarta may terminate this Agreement immediately on written


notice to the Operator if the Operator commits a breach of this Agreement and
fails to remedy such breach within 7 days of receipt of notice from MHI
specifying the breach and requiring it to be remedied.

o Operator must first obtain written permission from Innside Yogyakarta before
using Innside Yogyakarta entre’s.

o Complimentary use of Fitness Center.


ADDED VALUES FOR o Complimentary use of swimming pool
WHOLE SEASON o Complimentary basic internet access in the room and throughout the hotel by
using LAN Cable and WIFI

2. INVOICING PROCEDURE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

a) Unless credit facilities have been approved by the Hotel’s Financial Controller / Innside Yogyakarta and
voucher payment has been accepted by our organization, all bookings must be prepaid by credit card
(in which case we need written authorisation) or by bank transfer in IDR, to the attention of the Accounts
Department of the Hotel. The payment, except for contrary indication, must be made to:

Should there be any bank charges for transfers, these will be paid by the tour operator. A copy of the
bank transfer should always be sent by fax or email to hotel indication invoices or the names of the
clients and dates of stay and amount which is been paid.

In case of credit facilities have been approved, the amount corresponding to invoices will be paid by the
“agency” within a maximum of 14 days after the departure of the clients and in IDR.

N.B: If prepayment is not received, we will be forced to charge the client directly.

b) For all the stays we require full deposit prepayment 72 hrs before arrival date. If pre-payment or voucher
is not received no rooms will be definitely confirmed.
