subject to the terms and condition set out in this following agreement:

 Rates are inclusive of goverment tax & service.

REMARK  Check in time start at 2.00 PM. Check out time at 12.00 Noon
 Free Wi-Fi in all units
 Free parking
 All units are smoking and non-smoking (based on availability)
 The above rates are confidential and cannot be disclosed to any
third parties
 This contract is valid starting from March, 31th 2022 until
December, 31th 2022
 TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The above rates are inclusive of 21% service charge & prevailing government tax.
Voxstay Karawang reserves the right to adjust rate(s) agreed within the contract period
in the event of tax alterations by Government and / or Service Charge amendments.
2. The above rates are NON-COMMISIONABLE.
3. Children policy. No additional room charge for children under 5 years old sharing room
with parents, without additional bedding and breakfast
4. Including Benefits: Wireless Internet Access, Complimentary daily 1 bottle mineral
water, Air Conditioner, TV Plasma.
5. Rates Restrictions.
Room rates are applicable to your company account. Should the guest be paying by
personal account, or extend their stay, regular published rates will be applied to protect
the confidentiality of our agreement. All rates given are at the discretion of Voxstay
Karawang and are received at Voxstay Karawang decision.
6. Reservations
All reservation requests shall be directed to one of the following addresses:

7. Group Size
Voxstay Karawang regards as a group a minimum of 6 (six) paying rooms traveling
together.

8. Reservation Policy
FOR CORPORATE COMPANIES
1. All reservations made by the companies, with terms of payment either by
personal or company account is confirmed in writing with duly authorized
signatures on a formal Guarantee Letter or Booking Letter on your company
Letter Head.
Guarantee Letter (GL): Payment made by company with the credit facility’s
approval.
Booking Letter (BL): Payment made by your guest upon departure.
2. The Regional Sales Office or Voxstay Karawang should receive a Guarantee
Letter or a Booking Letter from your company prior to the guests’ arrival.
3. Due to time constraint, you might have no time to produce a Booking Letter, in
this case, Voxstay Karawang will then send you a confirmation letter which
should be signed by authorized person and return it to Voxstay Karawang before
guest’s check-in or the latest before the guest’s departure.

9. Cancellations or “No Show” policy

A. For Individuals:
The charge will be applied on guaranteed room or other inquiry (if any) as stated on
Booking or Guarantee Letter signed by authorized person.
1. No Cancellation Fee:
If the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the guests’ arrival.
2. 50% charges of the price of 1 (one) night:
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the guests’ arrival.
3. 100% charge of the price of 1 (one) night:
If the cancellation is made on the same day of the guests’ arrival.
 B. For Group:
The charge will be applied on guaranteed room, food & beverage or other inquiry (if
any) as stated on Booking or Guarantee Letter signed by authorized person.
1. No Cancellation Fee:
If the cancellation is made 7 (seven) days before the guests’ arrival.
2. 50% charges of the price of 1 (one) night:
If the cancellation is made within 7 (seven) days prior to the guests’ arrival.
3. 100% charge of the price of 1 (one) night:
If the cancellation is made within 72 hours prior to the guests’ arrival

10. Check-in and Check-out procedures

1. Check-in time is 2.00 p.m. Check – out time is on or before 12 noon.
2. Late check-out is subject to room availability and will be charged as follows:
a. Check – out until 3 p.m. – 25% of contract rate.
b. Check – out until 6 p.m. – 50% of contract rate
c. Check – out after 6 p.m. – 100% of contract rate.

11. Credit Facilities

Application form is available for guests who wish to establish credit facilities with Voxstay
Karawang.

12. Billing Arrangement

1. Reservations for guests who do not have credit facilities with Voxstay Karawang can
only be accepted after full pre-payment the hotel has received being equal to a
minimum of one night’s stay.
2. Payment must be settled in full upon check – out. Payment must be made in cash or
by bank draft unless otherwise guests have a written credit arrangement with
Voxstay Karawang.
3. Should a credit application be completed, accepted and approved, payment is to be
settled in full within 14 days after receiving the invoice.
4. Should payment not be received within 14 days, Voxstay Karawang reserves the
right to impose a penalty fee of 5% of the invoice for each 30 days of late payment.

13. All payments should be settled in RUPIAH.

All Bank charges should be borne by the sender.

This contract supersedes any previous contract rates.

This contract is valid upon acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
In order for us to include your company in our listing for preferential rates, please notify your
acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated in this agreement by
signing off each page of this agreement and return it back to Voxstay Karawang.

Voxstay Karawang should receive this agreement within 21 days from the date of issue, after
which this offer should be deemed null and void.
