    A mid sized group seeking to recover Biblical congregation A group that balances up - in - out A group that is defined by a particular missional network (Driven by out) Lay led (flexible, low maintenance) A community not an event

    Remember ...
    Jesus modelled high support - high challenge To move there from high support low challenge takes us through the valley of the shadow of death
    people will react against the change people will find it hard - it is! it will be messy for a long time (maybe forever!) it wont be the same church - thats the idea!

    But
    we may become more like Jesus many more may come into the Kingdom
