Registration Timeline Applications open on 6th October, 2011. Deadline for applications is 22nd October, 2011.

All applicants who meet the criteria for participation in the Tanzania Model United Nations 2011 will receive a letter from the MUN Committee confirming the acceptance of their application and registration costs they are expected to pay to the conference. The letter may be used to seek sponsorship for the delegates expenses.

Essay topic:

The right to development implies improvement and advancement of economic, social, cultural and political conditions. Sustainable development ensures the well-being of human person by integrating social, economic development, with environmental conservation and protection. Explain in less than 500 words, how can this be achieved.

Eligible Applicants: Applicants must possess the following skills: The ability to communicate clearly and express thoughts and ideas in a coherent manner A working knowledge of the theme of the conference and understanding of the United Nations, its agencies and organs. Experience in working effectively in a team environment. Students who have fair organizational and research skills Aged at least 15 but not older than 25 years at the time of the Conference Students must be fluent in English
