    fleet emerged from jump space well within the planets 100 diameter jumpmark losing at least ten percent of their forces and still caught the New Melbourne fleet completely off guard. The invasion took four days and there are still pockets of resistance with intense house-to-house fighting in the major cities. Wallaby the capital however is under complete TU control. The Terran Union representative on site has stated, We are bringing equality to the people of New Melbourne and to liberate them from falling under the yoke of the Blue Star Republic as the reasons for the invasion. New Melbourne and the BSR had been negotiating this system joining BSR up until three months ago when for unknown reasons talks fell through.
