PLANNING BOARD AGENDA

The Ewing Township Planning Board will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on
Thursday, June 5, 2008. As recently advertised, the board will now begin hearing
applications at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Council Room, Municipal Complex, 2 Jake
Garzio Drive, Ewing, NJ. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Waiver of submission requirement regarding payment of taxes for 333-339 Fourth Street
(formerly 218 Fourth Street), Block 117, Lots 6 & 8

American Properties at Bear Tavern, LLC Applicant is requesting one year extension
Bear Tavern Road from June 1, 2008 to and including May
Block 373, Lot 2 31, 2009 of approvals granted by Planning
RM Zone Board on June 1, 2006 and memorialized
by Resolution #2006-15 adopted August
3, 2006.

PNC Bank Applicant is requesting preliminary and

1800 North Olden Avenue final site plan approval with variances to
Block 118.02, Lot 2 extend drive-thru canopy on westerly side
BH Zone of existing bank building and to create one
additional drive-thru lane. Applicant is
also requesting any other variances or
waivers deemed necessary by the Board.

Donald S. Hubsch Co., Inc. Applicant is requesting minor subdivision

333-339 Fourth Street with variances to create two lots, one lot
Block 117, Lots 6 & 8 for each structure. Applicant is also
IP-3 Zone requesting any other variances or waivers
deemed necessary by the Board.
