Assigment On Analysis Tittle From Author Published : Being 20 Something is Hard! : Novel : Dewi Pravitasari : DIWAN Publishing

1. Summary Meeting return Saraswati (Sara) with the former its lover (Zani) which her avoid is during 4 year and during at the same time she return with somebody which also have become people special in life (Radit). After meeting with both, Sara return to remember at past memory with dusky history of middle age 20, a period to where he cannot solve problem its own, desire marry which not become reality have caused heavy itself stress even become of a alcoholic. 2. Theme Author wish to convey that this story is life which must be experienced by somebody in phase old age 20 till 29 year, and some people in early age 30. Young everybody wish ideal life, happy life and matching with wishing of, without having to strain after or grateful for what have owned of. That matter is fair, because in this phase is they still own big ambition. Though life not be always ideal, even the more regularly felt bitter. 3. Plot Exposition The beautiful woman, Saraswati Sentana, a psicholog in a clinic which opening of with senior friend. In its work, Sara, finding assorted of people with different problem and character. A certain point in time Sara must be meeting with her client is Zani , he is ex her boyfriend. Sara very surprised when the moment she hear new client name, after she meet she really surprised,even who she meet is true person who during 4 year she want to forgetting him. When she meeting with Zani, the moment make Sara to remembered of her relationship with Zani. Moment first time Sara introducing with Zani. She still live in perancis to finish its education in Sorbonne Paris, when in their Paris closer and always within. Meeting Sara and Zani almost take place every day.

Conflict

Even also Sara finally return to contact with Radit, Zanis brother which her admirer. The moment of Sara and Radit to met at the time of anniversary Zani progressively make Sara to loved to Radit. And surely with way of treatment of Radit to Sara, but when Sara to discuss with Radit, Sara looked very depressed of moment when Radit told about his relationship with ex his girlfriend. Radit given a reason that the moment when he must be closing his relationship with his girlfriend first. After Zanis celebration, Sara And Radit close by each other, increasingly closer, sayto each other tenderly, each express a sense of longing. But few days before Sara anniversary, Radit disappear. Sara very confuse in the situation, the feeling confuse to mixed to worry if happened by something. Finally Sara try to forget Radit, because she felt ignored anymore. Though his heart was still haunted by the shadow of the man. But Sara really very surprise right on her birthday, Radit is come and givea surprise to Sara. And on that day is also the last meeting of Sara with Radit, because Radit will return to Indonesia. Radit return to Indonesia 2 months later in accordance with the plans. Finally Sara try to forget all her memories with Radit. Climax

After passing through the cold night air and the heat of the day by herself for almost two years. Sara Radit just finally realized that men in the her imajination. Even so, that man still remains a pefect figure in the minds of Sara. Sara cover all the memories shared stories Radit. Now, Sara trying to start to open her heart for the other man. Sara and Zani still make a best friend, Sara and Zani proximity gives ambiguous messages to their friend. And, moment in summer vacation, finally Zani expressed his feeling to Sara, and hope that Sara would become his lover. Finally Sara try to live relationship with Zani. Sara relationship imperceptibly and Zani relationship for 4 years. Sara started thinking about the continuation of its relationship with Zani, but not so with Zani. Sara accidentally one day see a pair of man and woman into a cafe with cheerful face playfully laugh. Sara eyes instantly widened, because thats man is Zani, Zani looks so intimate with a woman like a over. Sara is so very angry and finally decided to end her relationship with Zani. Resolution Sara decided to return to Indonesia, to forget all the hurtful things she. She was determined to rise up and re-organize their lives. Slowly she started out her life, Sara started

working at the hospital as an assistant to Dr. Hendra. And then finally Sara tried to open her own clinic, and Sara getting married with Denise. 4. Characterization Sara Zani Radit 5. Setting Place Apartment, Caf, Office Time More often in night Atmosphere Story in this novel is very drain something to feel, because in this novel feel sad and happy like to coming change in the life, really make us of dissolved in situation that of created by story in this novel. 6. Comment This book is filled not only with a monologue, but also conflict within their selves. Captured the right picture of something what females deal with in their quarter age. It is very complex book which can deliver the sense of vulnarebility that most girls call in their 20th age. After reading this book, I realize that the quarter-life crisis is not worth panicking about, I learn a lot from the characters. This book keep my mind stimulated. : Beautiful, cheerful, optimistic : Nice, playboy : Nice, introvert, cool
