$60 million (Rs 275 crore).


It has expanded its Bangalore-based delivery centre.

Hexaware has now ventured into its fifth city in India

after Mumbai, Chennai, Pune and Nagpur.


A deal of $110 million is signed.

Hexaware can go for 700 freshers and only 300 lateral

hires out of its 1000 new hires.


As the company has got 3 years extension, it can

concentrate on other projects simultaneously.


Price should be in the narrow band only.

ONGC was setup on 14th Aug 1956.

ONGC is one of the Asias largest company involved in exploration and

production of oil & gases.


It is the highest profit making corporation of India.

ONGC went off shore in early 70s and discovered a giant oil field Mumbai

High.
It contributes 77% of Indias crude oil production in which 40% of production

is from 1 field Mumbai High and 81% of Indias natural gas production.
ONGC Videsh is the international arm of ONGC.

OVL has bid for Russia's strategic Trebs and Titov oil fields, even as its proposed

bidding partner, Rosneft, has pulled out of the race.


The LUKOIL which is Russia's second largest oil producer, TNK-BP which is half-

controlled by British Petroleum, Gazprom which is Russia's natural gas monopoly, Surgutneftegaz, which is Bashneft are in the race.
Rosneft's quoted that his company would consider joining the project if a potential

Russia's fourth-largest oil producer, and mid-sized firm

partner wins the bid.


The tender is slated for December 2.
Starting price is of 18.2 billion roubles ($587 million). The final price might be

significantly higher.

ONGC should make it clear whether participation of

foreign companies is allowed or restricted.
