Respondents recognize the value of land in the form of parks, naturalfeatures, and open space – especially in terms of proximity to where theylive.
Respondents also generally recognize that unused or abandoned parcelsand structures in their neighborhoods and citywide can have negativeimpacts (on neighborhoods, City service efficiency, etc.).
