Generations: Presented by Family Services of Peel. www.fspeel.org Come listen to what all Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender/Transsexual, Questioning, Queer (LGBTQ) generations can learn from each other. The group provides an opportunity to build interpersonal relationships, create networks for mutual support for all LGBTQ generations, discuss challenges related to LGBTQ issues and share empowering life stories. Peel Pride Coffee Night: Join the Pride Committee of Peel at our monthly coffee night at Green Cup Roastery. Come on out, meet the Committee and meet some new friends. We look forward to this monthly occasion to bring members of the community together. This event is open to all ages, and all members of the community and our allies. It's time to get together in Brampton on a more regular basis! www.peelpride.ca PFLAG, Peel Chapter: Presented by PFLAG Canada and the East Mississauga Community Health Centre. www.pflagcanada.ca The Peel Chapter of Parents, Families/Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) holds support meetings on the last Wednesday of each month. PFLAG may be for you if your child has come out as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transsexual, intersex, queer, questioning or 2-spirit, if you cant find the words to discuss your sexual orientation or gender identity with your family, if your adult children cant understand why youve suddenly come out or if one of your students is being bullied at school. Everyone welcome...parents, families, friends, queer and trans community members, service providers, teachers, etc. Light refreshments and bus tickets will be provided.
