his is the first of a weekly column where I get to ramble on about anything I want. Ill try to keep it relevant to the majority of students here at Sexton and hopefully we can learn a little in the process. So you know what really grinds my gears? New Years Resolutions. Dont get me wrong, I think setting goals and becoming a better person are great ideas, but setting them on January 1st? Its kind of lazy. New Years resolutions are like trying to shave a snake, it just doesnt work out too well. I went to the gym on January 2nd and I immediately turned around because of those individuals testing the water for the first time. The people were like Grandpas eyebrows in there: all over the place. Heres my suggestion: Sunday Resolutions. Its a new thing my New Years resolution, if you will. Make a commitment at the beginning of the week to better your life. And if you fuck off for a few days, dont worry about it and get back to it, it happens to everyone. Heres a list of things to better your life and make you a better person:
