    Swiss watch brand sales: Rolex ahead of Cartier and Omega

    We also estimate the amount of sales generated by individual watch brands. Rolex is clearly the top-selling brand followed by Cartier (E: 42% of brand sales from watches), Omega, Patek Philippe and TAG Heuer.
