Militant Islam Monitor US Representative Chaka Fattah On 22 December, the Republican Governor and Republican controlled Pennsylvania Senate and Republican controlled House enacted legislation transferring $860,000 Pennsylvania Tax Dollars to House of Imoja. No explanation is contained in the legislation and it is, likely, that Governor, Senators and Representatives did not understand what and who they were voting to subsidize with taxpayer money.
