Baxter Stockman, working for General Krang, is determined to retrieve his former lab subjects, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and their Master Splinter. In order to bring them back, Baxter has put the mutant alle cat Old Hob in charge of his newest inventions merciless Mousers! Raphael and Michelangelo have just the returned to find Leonardo barely standing, protecting Donatello and Splinter from the Mouser onslaught that has invaded their home!
